Is the digital road tax renewal service applicable for vehicles used in West Malaysia & East Malaysia?

This service is currently available only for Malaysian citizens with vehicles used in West Malaysia.

For vehicles used in East Malaysia, you can still renew your car insurance online (without selecting road tax).

What type of charges are involved when I renew digital road tax with AIG Car Insurance online?

You'll be charged for:
1. Road tax fee (West Malaysia rate apply)
2. MyEG e-Services Charge @ RM2.75
3. MyEG Service Tax on e-services charge 

All digital road tax renewal are facilitated by MyEG Services.

When will I be able to view the digital road tax on MyJPJ app after I have renewed it here?

You can view your digital road tax on your MyJPJ App after 48 hours.

I've renewed my car insurance with digital road tax renewal online with AIG. I can't view my renewed digital road tax in MyJPJ app. What do I do?
