New Debit Card Update

Dear Valued Policyholders,

If your debit cards are set to expire, this is a friendly reminder to please update your new debit card details with us to avoid any disruptions to your ongoing insurance coverage through your auto debit arrangement with us.

Please update us promptly of your new debit card details by either calling us at our toll-free number 1 800 8888 11 (9am to 5pm; Monday to Friday); or completing the Direct Debit Authorization Form and emailing it to us at AIGMYCare@aig.com. Please also inform us if the new debit card details is to be applied for more than one policy held with AIG Malaysia.

Operating Hours Update

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 globally, the safety and well-being of our employees, agents and customers remain our top priority.

As a precautionary measure, all physical AIG branches and our Menara Worldwide office will remain closed until further notice. However the entire AIG team, including our Customer Service teams, continue to operate and can be reached via:
